1. How long does it take to make the doll?

Before we can answer this question, we need to know what we will be making. This is why we ask for pictures. The more complex the doll, the longer it will take to handcraft, especially if we are creating formal clothing for the doll. On average, the dolls take 3 months.

2. How much will it cost?

A lot of things work into the overall cost of the doll including wigs, clothing and accessories that are determined doll by doll. Generally speaking, children cost less than formally attired dolls.

3. How tall will the doll be?

We cannot tell you that until we find the molds that will be used to handcraft your doll. Once the face is selected, the body is the one that goes with the face. We have dolls from 5" to 37" tall, but only one is right for you.

4. Can we take a "rush" order?

Sometimes. It depends upon workload and other factors.

5. Will the doll look exactly like the subject?

NO. We do not sculpt a new head to match the subject. We use existing molds and then make adjustments so the doll will more resemble the subject. We also imitate the clothing. Our Remembrance Dolls are intended to remind you of the person.
